1. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as the data controller, Quadron Endüstriyel Elektrik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., we process your personal data within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data (identity, contact information, transaction security data) are processed within the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of fulfilling your communication requests and order processes, carrying out customer relations management, sending newsletters and product catalogs to you with your consent, and conducting our commercial activities in compliance with the legislation.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill our legal obligations, and to our contracted suppliers providing IT and technological infrastructure services within the scope of carrying out business processes, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the law.

4. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

As a personal data owner, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to know the purpose of processing, to request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly, and to request its deletion in accordance with the provisions of the law.
